the location was decent, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was impeccable. the breakfast here was well prepared with meats, ice cream plus fruits. room was exceptional and exceptional, included wifi, television and coffee. an easy walk to the stunning beach.

A newly remodelled hotel in a simple location, everything was spotless. Breakfast options were good. The room was light and light, appreciated cozy bed. The staff was unobtrusive and directed me to the tourist sites in Kitzbuhel.
